《大員記刊》是國立成功大學臺灣學的數位公共人文刊物。從歷史、考古、族群、地方、文化、物質遺產與海域交流出發，將研究成果轉化為可閱讀、可觀看，也能與社會持續對話的知識平台。
TAIOAN is a digital public humanities publication produced by Taiwan Studies at National Cheng Kung University. Bringing together work in history, archaeology, ethnicity, locality, culture, material heritage, and maritime exchange, it transforms academic research into an accessible knowledge platform for reading, viewing, and sustained dialogue with wider publics.
『大員記刊』は、国立成功大学「台湾学」が刊行する、デジタル・パブリック・ヒューマニティーズの実践を志向するオンライン刊行物です。歴史、考古学、エスニシティ、地域、文化、物質文化・文化遺産、海域交流などを視野に入れ、研究成果を、読解・視覚的理解・社会との継続的な対話を可能にする知的プラットフォームへと展開することを目指します。
ABOUT TAIOAN
大員，曾是臺灣與世界相遇的重要節點。
《大員記刊》以臺南為起點，卻不以臺南為界；從地方走向海域，從土地走向世界，重新思考臺灣如何形成、如何被理解。
Taioan was once a major node connecting Taiwan with the wider world. Taking Tainan as its point of departure while extending its scope beyond the city, TAIOAN moves from the local to the maritime and from land toward broader global connections, reconsidering how Taiwan was formed and how it has been understood.
大員はかつて、台湾と世界とを結ぶ重要な結節点でした。『大員記刊』は台南を出発点としつつも、その射程を台南に限定しません。地域から海域へ、土地から世界へと視野を広げながら、台湾がいかに形成され、いかに理解されてきたのかをあらためて問い直します。

Drawing on archaeology’s longue durée, Indigenous memory, material culture, and maritime exchange, this issue reconsiders how Taiwan took shape through interactions among land, peoples, and the broader East Asian world.
考古学の長期的視野、先住民族の記憶、物質文化、海域交流を手がかりに、土地、人びと、東アジア世界との相互作用のなかで、台湾がいかに形成されてきたのかを捉え直します。

從熱蘭遮城、西拉雅祖靈記憶與臺灣檔案，到1624年的東亞海域世界，創刊號從臺南重新打開理解臺灣歷史與世界關係的入口。
From Fort Zeelandia and Siraya ancestral memory to Taiwan-related archives and the East Asian maritime world of 1624, the inaugural issue takes Tainan as a point of departure for reconsidering Taiwan’s history and its connections with the wider world.
ゼーランディア城、シラヤの祖霊の記憶、台湾関連史料、そして1624年の東アジア海域世界に至るまで、創刊号は台南を起点として、台湾の歴史と世界との関係を再考するための視座を提示します。
INTERNATIONAL
《大員記刊》亦希望成為國立成功大學臺灣研究與國際學術社群之間的入口，讓從臺灣南方生成的研究、田野與文化實踐，進入更廣闊的跨國對話。
TAIOAN also seeks to serve as an international point of connection between Taiwan Studies at National Cheng Kung University and readers and scholarly communities worldwide, bringing research, fieldwork, and cultural practices emerging from southern Taiwan into broader transnational conversations.
『大員記刊』は、国立成功大学における台湾研究と世界各地の読者・学術コミュニティをつなぐ国際的な接点となることも目指しています。台湾南部から生み出される研究、フィールドワーク、文化実践を、より広範なトランスナショナルな対話へと接続します。
